How much will you take for your frs?

We have for sale a 1997 Acura NSX-T that has come in from a good friend of mine. He is looking to get something a little cheaper so he can do more modifications to it. The car can be sold as is or we can remove the parts. I believe it has or is close to 350 horsepower. Here is the spec sheet:
