BNB - Time Attack - B Class Street Legal - Road America - CLOSED

Time Attack event this week, using TRK's Street Legal B class rules:

Street Legal class (B)

Engine and Power:
No Race parts allowed.
No displacement upgrades allowed.
All other upgrades are allowed.

Platform and Handling:
Race weight reduction allowed but only if a roll cage is installed.
All other upgrades are allowed.

Drivetrain:
250HP and up needs to have a Street clutch installed.
300HP and up needs to have a Sport clutch installed.
400HP and up needs to have a Race clutch installed.
No Race transmission allowed.
All other upgrades are allowed.

Tyres and Rims:
No slicks allowed.
All other upgrades are allowed.

Aero and Appearance:
No Forza aero allowed.
All other upgrades are allowed.

Conversion:
All upgrades are allowed.

Type of Challenge: Time Attack
Location: Road America
Car: Any BNB car tuned to B Class Street Legal (see above specs)
Deadline: November 8, 2012

This week's Challenge takes place on Road America. B Class Street Legal BNB Cars only. If your car is built higher, feel free to remove some parts to enter. Also, feel free to enter if you are at a lower class.

How to Enter
Simply take a photo of your race results and PM me the results with the subject "BNB - Road America". I will not view any of the entries until it is time to post results.

You can update your entry as many times as you want until the deadline, just send me another message.

Participation bonus (for everyone that participates, must post photo) - $250

Prizes
1st Place - $5,000 + a race part
2nd Place - $3,500 + a sport part
3rd Place - $2,000 + a street part
4th Place - $750 + a set of wheels or tires

I'll get one of my Hachi's up and running for this.

Ran a 2:29.540, @ #1983 on the LB in the Mach 7 FR-S.

I'm competitive, but in not that competitive. More than happy to pm my final time, but a target always makes me faster and a better driver from it.

camaroman requested the track....but his xbox broke and also lost all his forza save data, so I dont think he will be entering this week.

I personally dislike the track, but I did have fun running some laps. Might run some more tonight to see if I can go faster.

I'm not the greatest driver to be sure.

if my hard drive comes in today ill try to get a run in. doubt it tho, i got a feeling its comming tomorrow.. just my luck :/

what kind of top speeds are you guys getting on the straights before having to brake? Im in the 130 range here.

that sounds good, when i was doing my A class testing the fastest cars went in the 150-160 range, the slower cars went 145ish.

also for referance, my average time around that track is ~1:24:xxx in a A600 '70 camaro Razz

137-138 mph for me in either straight.

my BNB vette pulled a 2:21:2xx reaching 156. i didnt get a chance to use my Bclass FRS before my hard drive took a dump

The Vette is a A Class. She don't count!

maybe half the turnout as usual. not sure if the private submissions were the cause of the low turnout or just a coincedence, but I do think it encourages competition, keeps the thread active too to keep people checking in.

What do you mean by wheels/ rims?

wish i coulda done it :/ damn hard drive..
