If you want to get technical (I always want to get technical) a part can be OEM but be an upgrade. Like say using an OEM RB26DETT in place of an RB20DET in an R32 GTS. The engine would still be from the OEM, but would be a massive upgrade.
But people just say OEM because it's simpler than saying/typing stock.

| I'm offering you $12500 for the S14 this is a great deal because that car is no where near worth what you are asking. I bought a S13 the other day for the same price with $45k more worth of parts into it. | |

| No I spent $25k on Stunners S13 which is the same price as this S14 but this S14 has $45000 less in parts than the S13 did? That's why it's not worth $20k | |
