Tupas, are you a street dance or is that a term for street drifting?..

Done some more fixing this morning, fitted some new spark plugs as the other ones were black. Also got my timing sorted, it's running a bit better now. Still not good though. A few guys from Spooky came down in their cars, Addie who is sort of the founder rocked up in his R33. It's an amazing car. Callum turned out too in his PS13, it's a bit beaten but it's a drift car, so he doesn't care. Addie let me have a fuel pump and filter he had lying around. Whilst we were doing that we decided it could probably do with a full service, so we did. We put it up on 4 axle stands and drained the oil. Used a special thing for flushing out the oil, it looked like it hadn't had a service before. The stuff was going in clean and coming out black. We flushed the radiator and fitted that back. Filled the engine with oil and started it up. Still not running perfect though. I've done all I can do now though, just gonna take it easy with it and wait until the new engine arrives.

Ordered a dew parts yesterday that turned up this morning, a second hand HKS turbo exhaust kit. It will fit my new engine so no use fitting it now. Also picked up a like new K&N cone filter, got that fitted now.

Also thinking of getting a cheap, daily driver/drifter. If the S14 is going to be out of action anytime soon it would be nice to have another car to fall back on.

Updert term.

Welp. Driving for some fuel today and my clutch killed itself, so I was left with no drive at a set of lights. A nice guy in a Hilux stopped and towed me to a nearby car park where I called for a flatbed to come and get me. I have a new clutch that's waiting to go in back at my house, along with a lot of other goodies. Also found a gem on eBay, a full Origin kit for a PS13. I don't even have one. But it was super cheap and I may have one in the future, so I bought it.

The truck finally arrived and it took me home, we got the car on the driveway and I put it on axle stands, took the wheels off it and just looked at it. It's been nothing but a problem child since I got it, nothing but failures. But I still love it, the beauty of one of these cars. Or any other S-Chassis. It's like a puppy, you just can't hate it. But I really hope these issues behave when my new motor gets here. Which by the way, is on it's way here. Should be here and through customs by Friday hopefully. So next weekend will be busy, need to get some skidding done then! Very Happy

The boat has departed from Tokyo Docks, Takano says it has to take a few different trips to arrive in UK. Depart from Tokyo Dock yard, then arrive in Korea where then the package flies on an airbus to England, and the rest is by truck I'm guessing. Enjoy the new motor, Tokyo OvaLOAD does it best!!! (^o^)b
