| Thats the Truth. Coty has been saving money for Horizon, he had is spreadsheet bank statement like he has for forza, and he saved like 50k in Paydays, then noticed he hadn't made a garage yet. - Spoiler:
I think the Reason why Horizon is inactive is because, It's Horizon... Not many people like it and there are also other member that I think if they have a Horizon Garage they have to have a story, when they actually don't.
