Yes, people in publics are still running modded things and have been doing so all weekend...
My only question is that if you don't have the tune, you must still have the car in as-is state? (which is really the same for you & for T10). Which I'm assuming means S15's only?
Another thing, this whole ban wave thing has really got everyone on the DL now? It's been really quiet.

Well after the bans I freaked out got rid of all my cars with mods and the tunes for those cars, so you will have to have the tune for the S13, S14, S15, R32, R33 or any other car that has R34 GTR rims mods

Well.. I didn't realize openly and publicly trading/using mods was a good look. But then BNB turned that world upside down. While I'll never really bother to, I'm surprised how many of yall have.
