| rules say you have to have an open garage to collect pay, also if restarting you go back to $25... thats why its called restarting lol | |

Lets just say i was new and opened a garage....So youre saying i can just say i collected back paydays and start a new one? How is this possible when even if you have a current garage and dont collect paydays in time you cant recieve them.
