My Xbox ain't connecting to the Internet but the modem is fine been restarted twice and the wire I run from modem to Xbox is fine too :/ any ideas?

im on orange, n no mtu error it just says restart the modem for 30 seconds but i done it twice for 1 min

Ah last time this happened to me it turned out to be Shitty virgin media. I can't even get on the xbox.com website at the minute.
