| Just so I have a thread to post in
Idk how many of you know. But I've had a ford 351w sitting by my garage that in finally going to do something with. I've priced out a 393 stroker build that will be EFI and make ~450 crank hp on pump gas and have enough torque to do anything with. It's gonna be put into a foxbody once I find one to start building. Other plans include 5 lug conversion with 03 Mach 1 or cobra brakes and a cobra T56 6sp. Ford 8.8 explorer rear end with 4.10 gears and a. Eaton posi. Ivevlooked a few foxbodies lately and I may be buys one by next week. If not sometime down the road
Yes this will happen! Or else I wouldn't have spend 3 hours researching what works best for a 393 lol

| I will till I get the 351 built then swap the EFI from the 5.0 on the 351 with trick flow intak manifolds. Big injectors ect and get a tremec TKO. Or a faceplated t56 | |

| Bought a 87 trans am
Quick story of the car. Started out as a California car. 305 TPI. Auto. T-top car. Somewhere along the line it got swapped to a 5sp. Then the 305 blew up. The kid I bought it from bought a 350 for it. He's in the middle of the swap which is where it's at now.
Plans. Rebuild 350. Vortec heads. TPI intake. Mild cam. Headers. A few suspension bits. And leave it at that for a while. It's a super clean car and for $1500 it was a steal with how much it comes with | |
