What are some ways we could go about doing that? Mike said post count, but we mods are literally too tired to be counting peoples' posts and I know the members don't wanna do it.

i'd agree with this tbh, seemed like a massive influx of people joined but still just a small group using the forum ..

Maybe give bonuses for people that frequent the forum most??

Why not just give payday to people who we see posting? It's much easier than counting posts, we know who posts regularly and who doesn't. If the ones that don't claim payday Impulse or anyone could just tell them no. I think that's easier than having a bunch of rules in place.

I like the idea if rewarding active members instead. Like adding an extra1k for the people that r actually participating in the forum's

Might encourage people to be more active imo.

It's annoying because lack of activity breeds even less activity.

who cares if they are collecting money and not participating? if they are not participating then they are missing out/missing the point. I don't think it really hurts the BNB system at all, just themselves.

and thanks for the little bonus this week on payday. Every little bit of cash helps for the new guys and people that started over.

Instead of posting you'r Gamertag we could post out post count, from the week before then the current one.

So it would be like this.

TSM BeeDee

Week before > 100 - 130 < As of Now

Then depending on how much they have posted a mod can either let them collect or deny them.

its not so much that i think i aint really got competative with the bnb forums yet for instance impulse tried to run a drift tourn the other day 5 or six people showed and three of them were from squadron 66 maybe more for turning up to lobbies so on and so forth

You already get money for showing up in lobbies / to events.

I wouldnt let them deny, but make up "rules" like:
10 Posts $XX
20 Posts $XX
30 Posts $XX
You get the system.

i know that but if admin cant get together 10 guys to drift tourn then all of this is pointless init really the idea is cool and everything but if we aint competing then whats it all worth

I don't think we should add pay for people who are active, but take away from people who are not active.

This is the real issue.

Drift tournament the other day had 5 people show up and 3 of them were from the same drift team. The reason people go inactive is because it's an awesome idea untill you build your first car and 90% of people wont be able to tune that initial build for drifitng. Then they see the only way to make money is wait for payday or in comps that dont materialize or take ages to finalize so they go back to drifting their normal cars and forget about bnb.

This is all just my opinion of course and i'm not dissing the organisers of this thing but without active people this place is nothing.

Thats not only an issue of organisers. Its also a big part the users. The organisers simply cant FORCE them to take part, but i understand your opinion and share some parts of it.

I'm not suggesting the organisers force people to play, imerely suggesting that they look into ways of keeping people active once they have signed up.

Not really lmao, then it defeats the purpose of actually building your car up. If we wanted to go down THAT path, we would just use our actual Forza money as our BNB money and just build cars for no reason. For example, if you ever played Midnight Club: Los Angeles, when you get to the end where you give your partner $1 million, he lets you have everything. You have to pay for stuff to get there though.

That's what makes it fun, knowing that you're limited for x amount of time and really thinking about how you want to spend that money.

I think the easiest most efficient way to fix the problem is to decrease the amount of money given out every week. I dont want people to feel like they are forced to post in the forums. This will in turn keep people from being so dependant on the weekly pay and more dependent on participating to earn their money.

I must say I agree to Smooth as I said earlier in another Thread that IMHO, the Weekly Pay could be reduced.
I still remember people saying that it would disencourage the newer ones and such tho.

lol i actually agree less might be better for the community especially if we have active weekly events open to the community to earn a little more

active doesnt mean people have to show up to them long as its an active event example if i host a lobby ill keep it open for an hour or so..if u show up and participate then you all earn something if its a comp everyone wins something etc etc
