I love ya, Imp, but this sums it up. Not to winge, but I had my hands full sending out invites and explaining rules every time a new person got in, as well as judging the comps themselves. I think expecting people to know what day it was and see that I was playing Forza and be able to put two and two together was fair.

I didn't say it wasn't, I'm just saying I didn't even get an invite. Also, you weren't by yourself in terms of hosting the event.

It's no big deal. Relax.

Pretty much everyone set to help me host:

A: Quit BNB
B: Had work/school
C: Just wasn't on for some reason

That's fine. It's a videogame. Real life comes first, and if anyone didn't feel like being there, it's better they weren't. So yes, in fact, I ran it by myself. It was a lot of fun and I have no complaints, and I would be running it some more today but I'm totally burnt after playing videogames for an entire day.

Sorry I didn't invite you. I figured you were in a league or something if you were playing NBA during the matsuri. I could've just popped an invite over to you but I guess that was a bad judgement call. All I'm saying is there were plenty of people who popped on without invites using the "join session in progress" button. I figured if you wanted to be there, you would've done that. Again, I'm sorry.

I had a blast Addie, seriously, it was a lot of fun, even for the little time I was in the lobby. Like other members said, I wish these type of lobbies would be happening every weekend, instead of our usual 'drift lobbies'. Well done my man

Already planning the next one. The changing season matsuri events will continue to be 24hr lobbies (hopefully with more hosts!), but I have some plans for more frequent mini-matsuris starting at the end of this month.

Thanks again, guys. I'm recovered from the matsuri, but now I'm recovering from a night with friends. Beer and boardgames, haha.

I don't want anyone to think that being in Team Spooky means that you're obligated to help run stuff. It's all volunteer-run, and even if you're not in SpkD, your help with event planning/running would be greatly appreciated!

I'll cover prizes like cars and parts and cash, but the more bodies we can get to keep comps and events going when one of us has to go to work/sleep/school/child birth, the better!!!
