Holy shit ass.... on my crackle app, I saw intitial d on it. Hear u hooligans talk about it and figured I'd check out the first episode ever. I'm figgin hooked. I will not be playing anything or doing anything because I will only be watching this. Shit.. wife is like "really, cartoons?" I'm all like, "BECAUSE DRIFT CAR, GET OUT!!!" She's prego though so i then apologized and got her some cookies.

I thought the anime was alright. I really like the live action movie. I dont care if its not really true to the original story.

Be sure to watch the Live Action film as Bren suggested. Its pretty good. And the 5th stage of Initial D that is airing now is pretty epic as well.

Initial D is amazing, Been watching it for years!
Preferably watch it with english subs, the dubs take away from it in my opinion, and some are kinda bad.
Also alot of the long time Initial D fans (pretty much all of the touge community ) don't like the Initial D live action movie.
If you do watch it, make sure to watch it after you finish 2nd stage, but then you may be too attached to the storyline which is completely mangled in the live action movie.
