| you can pick the colour you want if you buy them from the game at $3,500-$4,000 (or whatever the base prices are) but if you buy them secondhand they come in the colour the last owner had to change the colour of a set you've owned for a while or just bought from another bnb member its $400 each time you paint them  | |

| A full livery just means that you are wrapping your car once with a graphic wrap, not that you can keep adding stuff with the price staying at $3,000. If he can't send you the design then no you will have to start from scratch. | |
