Although I suggest one changed and that is the Forza aero and racing slicks restriction on S-Class.
Those cars are just so much more fun to drive when you can actually use all the power ;]

and the ONLY reason i said no aero/slicks on S class on GH was the cost of parts that would never be used in other comps, but if we run events with an S class tier more often then i would prefer to have them lol

Those rules are the best setup i can see, maybe on the HP/clutch there should be more of a percentage rather than across the board rule
I remember having to upgrade the GTR's clutch to enter a comp when the engine was bone stock lol

Ah no, you don't have to upgrade the clutch if it's stock.
