Nope, I'll continue to despise it as much as I want. And tbh I only posted it because I would imagine that's Impulses reasoning behind not getting it also.

And the fact the physics are crap, the terrible car list, the lack of any drivetrain swaps, the fact that it's been 4 years since we have had new rims or bodykits and the fact it's taken 5 games for them to Fix the weight reduction glitch in the S15, FIVE GAMES to fix a glitch. Instead they would rather make a game for 6 year olds to play to try and take away some market share from NFS.

I say fuck Turn 10 and PG. If you wish to purchase and support that's your choice and I won't nock you for it, but don't tell me where I can and can't voice my opinion.

There hasn't been any drama on Forza since FM2. What the guys call drama these days is, for the most part just a difference in opinion.

Not all drama, is bad drama. ;o

Anyway, what Minty says has some truth.

I'll buy and enjoy the game anyway because I share a different view.
Forza went into the relaxed atmosphere of cruising. This is in no way comparable with Forza Motorsport..
Other than the word "Forza"..
I respect this change of direction because I really wanted to enjoy some downtime as well.
All that hardcore racing literary hurt my hands sometimes, I want to be able to take a break from that and do what I love, racing cars, building cars, etc.
I'll still be playing Forza 4, of course. There's just no getting away from that unless Forza 5 comes out.

I can't wait to enjoy the cruising and photographing and general car porn that is in Horizon.

I'm buying it for the gameplay as somthing different to play between sessions on fm 4 .
It's a good game for having fun but I wouldn't play it as much as I do with fm 4 .

To be honest I think if this game didnt have Forza in the name, there would be much less drama about "Oh, so less cars!" etc. etc.

I'm wondering though.
Need for Speed brings out games by two studies, one arcade, one semi realistic.
Since the last one was arcade does that mean a semi realistic is coming up now?

I did like the customisation in Shift 2, I'm quite curious to see what they will come up with next.

The guys that done the shift series (Slightly Mad Studios) parted ways with EA and the NFS series because they where forced to dumb down their game to make it appeal to a wider audience, they're now working on Project C.A.R.S. So far the physics look a lot closer to Forza than Shift, so if the content from Shift is there we could be looking at a solid game.

The content for drifters in Shift 2 made Forza look pathetic, the track list was awesome too, just a shame about the physics really, but that's NFS for you.

It's definitely worth checking out some pcars stuff on youtube, there's lots of it out there. I think the guys from Inside sim done a feature on it too.
