I don't know why, but the lowered, de-spoilered S15 on stock wheels looks amazing.

Went over my new S13 today
man this has seen better days, and has great ones ahead
decided to overhaul the entire engine, bumping everything up to stage one performance levels
street air filters - $800 street fuel - $1600 street ignition - $1100 street cams - $2500 street valves - $1100 street displacment - $1900 street oil - $300 side skirts - $500 Race Springs - $6200
so yes, if you added it correctly, like i did
im putting in $10,000 to $15,000 to overnight parts form japan so that it will decimate all other street sluts
WINNING
and now its my DD

I was out cruising the back roads the other day just enjoying the views when i came across this old barn/hanger with some ruined buildings behind it.
apon a closer inspection i saw this old datsun parked behind some huge traffic lights. as i got closer i saw it was pretty ruff shape, must have been parked for some time.
then i finally noticed it, this was a rare four door 510, to some this was just some heep that shud be crushed but to me i can see its true racing background, as could the previous owner having left his racing helmet strapped to the seat when he parked it.
i gave the car a once around and noticed i had no engine and the front panels where missing but the lights and chrome trimming where around it.
i must have made to much noise when i creamed my pants dreaming of owning and driving one, cuz next thing i know an old man was standing there looking as if he had just found his lost grandson.
so we started talking, he said he used to drive the car like the old Japanese GP drivers, but after a near fatal crash he decided to park it. i told about my dreams of owning a true racing classic and with a simple handshake i bought it from him.

so i wanted to do a VQ swap but i found this SR
Engine: stock 14T Air Filter: Intake Manifold and Throttle Body: Fuel System: stock Ignition: Exhaust: street $1600 Camshaft: sport $4900 Valves: race $5100 Displacement: race $8800 Pistons and Compression: sport $3500 Turbo/ Supercharger: none Intercooler: stock Oil and Cooling: stock Flywheel: $5100
for only $15,000
seems like a reasonable deal
it comes with the parts and has 389HP and 287LB-FT
it shud be enough to drift with

had the old 510 sand blasted and primered, then i finish the body work off with some bondo i also bought an all new front end, to fit my new motor, i got off ppyuri
i shoved the SR's intercooler has far forward as i cud and cut some breathing holes for it
i also found some aftermarket OEM spec springs to replace the worn out bushings and rusted metal that used to be under the car. i found a better limited slip lying around the shop and through it under the car
i then took the car out on the track for a warm up and to see how wud take to the modern engine
for safety concerns i took it easy on the car and gently massaged the car's throttle through the turns, it probably didnt help that the clutch wud occasionally slip and then catch, breaking the car loose, but thats wat happens when you mate a modern motor with a classic trans.
