| We as moderators and administrators are debating on the fact on whether or not shops should receive a weekly pay. While we are perfectly capable of coming up with a solution to this we just want to hear the community's point of view on it.
We aren't doing this to make everyone's life harder we are doing it because we want to make everyone's BNB Experience as good as possible by the time Forza Horizon comes out so we can get off on the right foot.
Now, my point of view is that shops should not receive weekly pay because shops are here to make extra money. No shop in real life gets paid just for being a shop, they get paid for producing a great product.
Let us know what you guys think!

| I'm neutral, honestly. I think they SHOULD receive payday because no one on BNB wants a tune made by someone else; they can tune. There is always that one person though.
I also think they SHOULD NOT receive it because like you said, no shop gets paid for being a shop. They get paid via customers.

| I don't think they should receive pay, but be able to take home a percentage of earnings. | |

If they dont receive weekly pay then they would be able to take home all of their earnings and it would be up to them how much they want to invest back into the shop which would make it realistic and fair.

| I think they should get a sum of money to start off and thats it no paydays.
So a one off Fee to help kick start it.

| That's how it originally was. They started off with $25,000 which is more than enough but worked great. | |

| I didn't know shops started off with $25,000 I thought it was just private garages. | |

| Excuse my nonsense babble from early this morning... It made so much sense to me before..
I like the start off capital, and then it's all up to you there after. Are the "Employees" still allowed to donate into the shop?

| I would be ok with no shop paydays. And a startup bonus only. Seems theres an extra incentive to get people together for a shop just to get that extra payday each week. I think in a way it can skew the BNB experience to have shop cars dominating events and such.
If you have at least 3 people in the shop, it should be pretty easy to all chip in and do something with some collected funds.
That said, even if you arent in a shop, I don't see anything anywhere saying you cant just get some people together, pitch in some funds and collaborate on a build even if you aren't in a shop together. Grassroots style in your mum's garage. Fight the man.
So whats the difference.
I dont know where I was going with any of this. lol.

| I like that. A startup bonus but I disagree with beginning capital. I do agree with the employee donations. That shouldn't be prohibited. | |

| I guess what I was trying to get at but didnt, with no payday, why should there be a requirement for 3 members to be a shop?
Maybe it should just go back to individuals, if you have a service, offer it. If you want to create a shop with others, thats cool too. No shop pay each week. Your "bonus pay" is the bizness you bring in. That plus donations from members or others.
When I joined I posted up a lot of suggestions for BNB, maybe we got ahead of ourselves with all the rules for shops. Maybe got a little more complicated than it needs to be.

| I like the grassroots idea retro for sure. After all that is the BNB way...
@ impulse, when saying start up capital, i just meant that bonus that we were talking about. Nothing crazy by any means.
**A quick little plug, Im looking for a bomb drift tuner. You guys know of anyone not in a shop already?

| I hate to say it but i think shops should have to pay a weekly fee kinda like rent that goes into a community pot that gets used for prize money for tournaments or contest's not alot maybe 100 bnb credits per shop member per week to make it fair... just an idea | |
