I am interested to see what the DLC brings, I hope its all new vehicles, not just recycled FM4 cars strategically withheld from us (at least thats how it would seem).

Still kind of confused by a few apparent omissions. 59 caddy...that would be an awesome car to cruise the landscape with. Same with 57 Chevy and Hudson Hornet. I didnt drive any of those on FM4, but would have definately used them in Horizon. And a lot of the other muscle cars missing, although there are still a few of them. No GMC's? AMC's? No Country Squire wagon? haha.

I think I am stuck with a 64 impala cruiser or the GTO which isnt so bad. I like that the old beetle is back, and now the similar sized original mini and fiat 500 to accompany it.

Yeah I saw the DLC thing too, like 4000 pts for a seasons pass? There is some sort of expansion in December, hopefully they expand the current map or maybe just add a new locale. I don't think I would buy the Porsche expansion again just for horizon.

I will probably get the season pass. Although its frustrating that each DLC is now going to be 6 cars, not 10.

It may be nice, but no tuning and no swaps killed the game.

I agree on the swaps part, although it seems odd that they would've taken it out..

I believe it's been confirmed by green disk users. The game will still be tweaked from the green disks but highly doubt they would change something like drivetrain swaps this close to the release date.

Didnt kill the game for me. I can and will enjoy it for what it is. I am a Forza addict and fanboy.

I must say, the sounds are great! That alone got me kind of excited for Horizon.

And some important comments:

Are you using simulation steering? Incase you do, then please turn it off, you can't drift with it.

I wasn't using it when i tried this. The main problem is the car always want to grip at
some point. And since we can't modify the setup or the gearbox, it's not easy to have
smooth drifts.

I heard there is drift events in game, so I wouldn't think it's too difficult to drift. Might just have to wait till tuesday to see for ourselves.

One thing I am really hoping about horizon is if you can create your own point to point races to share with friends. That would be so freakin epic, would work great for weekly events.
