The stoRy of a ReboRn GTR part 1 updated and part 2 added :D

Part 1 Dream Car


All my life one of the many cars i wanted was a black ’93 GTR-R32 and it was about time i started looking for one.
I had a few of my buddies who work in garages keeping their ear out if they heard anyone talking about one whether it was for sale or not . a few weeks later and i got a phone call about one from my buddy he told me how much the guy wanted and i instantly told him to buy it and get it towed to is house and id pay him back when i finished up at work . a few hours later i was on my way to pick her up





I was a little scared to see the car because it was getting dark i just spent a lot of my money on something i haven’t even seen yet but the thing that scared me the most were the parts that weren’t the same color as the rest of the car. So i paid my friend back and took the car to the garage where it would stay for the next day or two while it was inspected. I called a cab and went home hoping for it not to be a dud of a buy :s .



A few days later i went back and found my car sitting in front just waiting for me. I slowly walked around hoping to see my license plate on the back...........



And i don’t know how lucky i am but it had my plates on it so i paid the garage and took off in my new car.



As soon as i made this purchase i had started to save up again because i knew that i could keep the car looking as it was forever. i was driving this car everywhere i could possibly go with it and i wanted people to know how great of a car it was even if it had mismatched parts . i loved the car and didn’t want anything to happen to it. After about a month of driving i realized i had put almost 10,000 km on it and it was still running like it was new!

what came next was a life changing decision ..........

Part Two The Big Move

Soon after i bought my R32 i had decided after years of contemplating the idea that i would move to Japan with a buddy of mine Kyle, who was also a mechanic he was also the person who found me the GTR. Obviously i had my Skyline re-imported and managed to pass inspections easily so i had my new plates only three months after i bought the car in my home town of Montreal.




Soon after moving into our small but livable two bedroom apartment we set off to our now local track
Tsukuba Circuit with my GTR in hand i wanted to see how it dealt with a real track and after a few laps i realized i need to put a lot of work in to it but that could wait . i was in Japan on a real track and i wanted to have some fun before i called it a day . so what did i do? I tried my hand at drifting.



After a few corners some of the locals started to make fun of my car because of the mismatched body parts and i was so infuriated that i decided to try and show them up by drifting the final corner all the way through at break neck speeds and at that moment i realized it was the worst decision i had made in years..................to be continued in Part 3

nope, the US, but you can still get them it jus takes twice as long and more money lol

i was going to buy a RWD R32 from west canada.. no lie

I want an R33 or R32 GTS-t so bad.

AWD R32's are GT-Rs (Or they are just converted GT-Rs)
RWD R32's are GTS/GTS-ts

i want a 4door GTS RB20DET FTW

i want a 4 Door R32 GTS-T with a 1JZ.

LAWL.

The only cars' I wouldn't do a cross-manufacturer engine swap on are R32,33,34's all models (GT-R, GTS-S,GT-TT ect.)

out of all the LS swaps ive seen...that has to be my favorite

IMO he ruined it with the R34 swap. nothing beats a R32 with a body kit

Nah favorite front of a GT-R is the R34 and favorite rear of a GT-R is an R32.
