The hype from the storm was just that in my area - but the coasts of NJ & MD, and up in CT & MA got absolutely hammered. NYC got hit really hard too - from what I hear the subway system is pretty much unrepairable...

nothing around me.. got really windy at about 1 in the morning and then i passed out. woke up to branches all over the yard (thankfully none fell on the cars, we live in the middle of thewoods)
and our creek behinde our house nearly tripled its size lol

No branches down around my property, they called off the wind and flood advisories around 7AM so I headed to work. I was sort of planning on staying home but it was worse yesterday than today. Mimimal flooding ont he way to work (nothing worse than I have seen before) and only came across 1 detour for a downed power line on the hour drive.
We didnt lose power, satellite tv or internet. out in the country sort of surrounded by trees and have above ground lines.
My in laws lost power last night around 7, still dont have it in their fancy shmancy mcmansion.
