I've bought my c-clamps and hood levers so I can replace the damaged bonnet.
And on top of that I'm beginning my engine rebuild, so I won't be seen in any photo comps for a while

Rebuilt my motor changed the heads, just dropped the whole thing in today

Upgraded the spark and magneto cables, along with custom fabricated air filer units. Im trying different setups to see which looks more dynamic,



also purchased velocity tubes/stacks from Genkimoto Auto Salon :3, will install those tonight to see performance difference.

The car is coming along awesome, deserves to be RotM!

My only critique would be to consider that turbocharged engines really prefer their air funneled in, rather than having exposed filters. Though I've seen some SR's pull off turbo/ITB, so take what I say with a grain of salt! I'm sure you know what you're doing. :3

@addie-san, i planned on switching things up a couple of times-
Above is just one setup I had in mind
My next setup will have velocity stacks instead of using oversized "3 to 1" air filters on the cooling side but most importantly, the turbos will have supplied air funneling through 2
Apex-i racing filters. Waiting for the paycheck so i can buy stage 2 turbos- had my eye on an HKS T04S Turbo kit...can't wait

In order to get it legalized I'd have to pay close to 10,000USD
Which includes tags, emissions documents, recent service docs, foreign transportation fees for me to even bring it over. -_-"
In japan I paid only 3,100USD for my gts

yeh i feel ya man, a relative waited and waited with a r32 GTR to have it shipped over, but ended up selling it cuz he got a good deal on it

Canada doesn't care if you import, as long as it is a legit purchase. Your better off in Canada than the U.S. they love foreign domestics, especially JDM.

In Canada it is so much easier.
