| The motor is now complete and ready to be shipped into UK soon. Sat down in my skyline after abandoning it for so long, I know she's mad at me, I don't blame her one bit. Checked the oil levels, looked perfect for a car of this nature, but then again, I did rebuild her from ground up Tanoshikatta, took the beast to Tsukuba last night, it roared as 300ps+ rushed through it's veins into its Yokohama/Advan tires. I'm sure of myself that the skyline is well equipped for the GRDA, it has stamina, power and vicious speed to keep up and maybe even outrun the competition. | |

| Update, About two days ago Yashio Factory called me for a meeting located outside of Tokyo. I arrived at the location in my skyline, there stood a fairly tall asian man. He wore an all black suit and tie topped off with shining dress shoes. He told me "they" were expecting me and apologized for the short notice. I entered the 4 story building with curiousity, unsure what the invitation was about. Another man greeted me, but this guy looked as if he planned to stay around for quite a while. He told me to follow him, which I did. We went through a series of doors and hallways and arrived at the rear of the building, and thats when everything took off... We arrived at the Yashio Factory garage section, called their 'Factory". The escort was actually a senior manager that dealt with sponsorship's and marketing. He then showed me around the garage and said "You like?". Of course I liked!!! Then in short response said "Because this is where you'll be staying". I was shocked...my heart dropped several stories when I heard that be said. He turned and pointed to a black silvia shell behind all the other vehicles. The manager told me if I can fix it, it's mine. And without a doubt I took the offer. As I left the building, the mechanics offered me this box, it was friggin heavy!!!! I took it kindly and left, I wonder whats in it... | |

| haha yeh bro, So its been 3 days since I've received the S15 shell and the mystery box from Yashio Factory. I've worked out the kinks with the interior and trim, as it seemed to be a bit loose on some ends. Yashio supplied me with a crap load of parts from their Japan distributor, First off the rack was a pink crate box(similar to the one I received from their building) which contained an SR20DE short block and fixtures. Next, was a box filled with plastic wrapping, I dug beneath and found a Surge tank with a modified bay for fuel injection. Then the final box was a smaller box, fairly lighter than all the rest, opened it, and found a new main harness for the Silvias electrically controlled units. Yashios mechanics told me to grab the box they handed me on the first day. They instructed me that this "present" will help give my GRDA competition car an advantage, excited, I opened the box filled to the brim with Styrofoam, reached in the bottom and found this... No wonder the box was so heavy!!! Heres the progress I made so far, valve cover I made for myself | |

| Had a good time out at Tsukaba with you last night. We'll have to get together again sometime soon!
I'll bring out my E34 again. I'm taking it out later today to do a little testing to see if I can get it to handle those longer turns a little better. | |

| Looks pretty good shin, But.... Try rework the piping and add some more shading so it looks as if it's sitting in the bay not just on top of it.... Great work though | |

| Log #21 Arrived at the dockyard this morning to pick up an engine that's been severally demolished. I opened the box just to find a few gaping holes where pistons used to be. Once I assessed the damage, I took it to my shop at Yashio factory and discussed the plans with the mechanics. I also got a chance to talk to Okamura-san, a driver from yashio who recently returned from Fuji speedway where he competed in the HKS Premium day challenge. He told me the engine was trash, and told me it should be tossed for junk, BUT it could be saved.
Me and the crew began immediately on a rebuild project, our deadline...
4days... | |

| Its been 8 days since package arrival and progress has been vigorous. Last night we finished the custom tubing and reinstalled the rebuilt ISIS turbine. The block and heads(ports) were machined and polished, also valve cover needs to be changed. Customer needs Redtop Sr, I'm not the best with photos, so yeh, here's progress from that night This will be my last morning in Japan, as I head to Spain for the GRDA. Before I left the factory, I snapped a photo of my Silvia. | |

| I arrived in spain last night(well morning), and had a hotel setup waiting for me not far from the track. While I was there I started on a livery for my car, not sure if its too much, but I like it I've been practicing for a while now, until my steering wheel broke... Regardless of my slight misfortune, I still plan to continue my journey. | |
