| Momentum and keeping the momentum. I really suck with the wheel and I cannot drift with sim-steering on the controller. | |

| You don't have to haha. Get on the wheel and go to the Benchmark Layout A and just do donuts. Practice throttle control and countersteer this way. It's better to start out with a 580 HP car than an S13 like everyone says. | |

| Stick at it with the wheel and it really does pay off. | |

| The wheel makes so much noise lol. I don't have a good place to set it up, that's my main problem. | |

| Neither did I, but I made do. When you master drifting with the wheel, it will make little to no noise. Why? Because before you know it, you'll be holding it full lock around every corner instead of jerking it around like you're fighting it for the last piece of candy for the week.

| one way i learned how to race, race with a buddy that pulls nothing but top 100 lap times, and he gave me some tuning tips, and i just raced behind him, followed his lives, matched his braking points, watched his replays. learning to circuit has also helped me in tandem being smoother and using the controls smoother. | |

Lol I get scared at full lock but it feels so good to go round a corner full lock with your foot to the ground :Cough: First corner of the Iberian Mini section :Cough:

| I drive top 200/500 in leaderboard cars if I do 10 laps or so. I'm usually too bored to try harder but I think I can do better. Can't wait to try full lock, I'm not sure how to achieve it yet but I'm sure it'll work out at least one time, haha. I usually end up getting the car straight again if I completely steer the other way.
In Forza 3 I had several top 50 times and a few top 10's.
But now I am very against the whole leaderboard car racing. I want to drive what looks good ;] That's why I love BNB.

| Yeah exactly. But those of us who suck(me) have to resort to using leaderboard cars. I'll be honest with you here; I didn't know the VX220 was a leaderboard car lol. | |

| Noooo you should stay away from them! Did you read the latest part of my story? I'm trying to explain that if you "love" a car you'll work harder for it and improve way faster. Tell me your favorite car (that is able to get in B-Class) and I'll help you tune it.
Emphasis on "help" because if you tune it yourself you'll feel more connected to your car and you'll customise it to your personal taste ;] We'll talk about this later but I can't stress this enough, haha. You'll want to practice more if you enjoy driving the car as well :B WIN/WIN!

| But I did try to tune it to my liking and you said my dampening was way off lol.
My favorite car is the R34, but it is not competitive in B class. No matter what you say man, I tried and tried and tried. It cannot touch the S2K or the FR-S. While it has more power, it weighs 500-600 LBS more than both of them.

| You're talking about the FR-S now? I'll give you some pointers soon. The set-up I gave you should be a good basis though. | |

| Yep.
My next favorite B class car is the S2K, but I've never used it since you bought it. You beat me to it lol.
So, my next choice would be...
hmm...
I don't know. What are some good choices?

| I made a list for Mooove and B2B. Check their garage shop ;] I'm very interested in the S14.
Well, I have the FR-S and the S2000. Maybe I should get rid of one..
A lot of cars are good in the B-Class, though.

| I just need to test a bunch of cars and see. I saw the list, thanks TRK. @Camaro: I got good in my R33, then switched to the R34 because I love it so much more. | |

| I was running a 1.29.xxx in the nsx. The lap was full of mistakes and plus i'm not that good. Not too far from camaro's time, pretty sure I can shave 4 seconds lol | |

| What kind of times are the guys running the stock NSX doing? After some laps the best I have is around 2.24.600, best I can prob do if I nail a lap is high 2.23.xxx. Don't think i'll be getting top three in this one | |
