Hello all, most of you may recognise me from the Forza forums. Me and Impulse are the leading judges in the new Drift Muscle series coming up. But anyways, that is a different story, so in the mean time for a little fun, I thought i'd head over here to BNB and see what I can do, and what laughs I can have with you guys.

This is the main thread for my builds, but also for Garage NIGHT-SPIRIT, which will specialise in Jap imports and tuning. Over time more information will be released for the ways in which hopefully I can help.

So, with my BNB career underway, I was doing some shopping around with the lads from my Night-Spirit drift team, and came accross this Nissan S-chassis S15 spec-R 2002, 4-cylinder which was at auction in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, Japan. It had been involved in a accident and was being auctioned at the equivelent of $16,000. This is one of the cars I love the most, so was drawn to it straight away, and not too long later had it shipped back to the garage..

Not major damage, as you can see, and with the stock parts we already had, and with some work, plus a little bit of time in the paint shop next doors, we her looking a little more tidy. Below is the current state at a shakedown at Motegi curcuit, using the pit of the Wako's Team, thanks to the help of Yuki-san

So, as you can see, my money I have to flunk on this project is now all gone for the time at least. The garage has been working hard to get her up to scratch, but we needed at least some basic elements to get us to that first stage.

First up I wanted to get something to help us stick to the tarmac a little better, so this was in the form of the WedsSport SA-70 rims, which would be wrapped up in Sport compound Toyo rubber.

For working components, HKS, Exedy, and Kaaz would be supplying the sport air filter, sport flywheel, and sport diff respectively. Hopefully these goods will help us getting the ''Ichigo'' to get sideways.

Come payday, we'll get shopping again for some other bits, but for now, it's back to the workshop...

Yeah, well it's a career isn't it, and every career should have a story, so my 'Ichigo' is going to have a story to it too...

Getting a diff in was a primary target, and maybe could have held fire on the rubber and rims, but when you take into account you need that transmission as well.. I thought heck, that can wait. Once I get a payday or two, then things will take more shape. Hopefully with our next cheque, the wishlist will be securing a Kaaz sport transmission, Exedy driveline, and also spending some money on reducing the cars weight...

That will give us time to work on a paint scheme, or look that we'll aim to try and achieve also.

I have a friend that can help you get it down to a more sporty weight.

Yeah, but one string I forgot to attach.

You cannot sell it. It was a prize I won from a comp on here and the host said you cannot resell said prizes if they are a part. So please don't resell it.

Ok, so the car has been partially stripped down to sport weight and has helped the feel of the car.

Impulse was kind enough to donate the flywheel to me and was also a Exedy part, you can't trust many brands of flywheel more than Exedy so was happy to see it bearing the name.

The Kaaz diff did have some fault to it though, so they were good enough to change it up to the race spec due to the problems we encountered. Fingers crossed on this build, I'm hoping for goods things from this machine..

Also, add the 2,200 you spent on the sport diff back to your account.

Looks as though Impulse was good enough to speak to Kaaz for me and they have also agreed to refund the $2,200 for the trouble..
